Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

Orders will ship Monday to Friday excluding US federal holidays.

We offer free shipping if you spend $100.00 or more. If your order is $99.99 or less before taxes and after discounts, a flat shipping rate will be charged. For Puerto Rico: $7.00 and for United States: $10.00. The shipping rate could vary if we are running a campaign.

Packages will be shipped via USPS only. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to be delivered by the carrier. This does not include our 2-5 business days processing time. 

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp message or email with a tracking information. This message will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please send us an email at info@giafashionpr@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages or delivered on wrong address. Please review and ensure that the correct address has been entered. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
