At GIA Fashion PR, we are very careful in the selection of our jewelry for our and your satisfaction.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We may offer exchanges or store credit if an item is damage as a result of quality or craftsmanship. Customers must email their concern toĀ info@giafashionpr@gmail.comĀ within five (5) days from delivery date.

We accept exchanges for regular priced merchandise within 5 days from delivery date (the date when USPS marked the item as delivered, as specified on the tracking information). Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit only.Ā 

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items mailed back for exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards and boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return.

Items ā€œOn Saleā€ are considered Final Sale, and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective upon arrival.Ā Ā 

Please, send us an emailĀ within 5 days from delivery date, so we can guide you through the process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
